Sharron joined Perfect Placement in March 2009 with 3 years experience in Recruitment, following 12 months of hard work  Sharron has been promoted to Senior Consultant and will assist Alister in developing his team.  

With a first class honors BSc Degree in Business and Events Management, Sharron was keen to work in a fast paced environment and recruitment ticked all of the boxes. Sharron’s first job was a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on a busy temporary Construction Trades and Labour desk where she was the first consultant to be fast tracked to Consultant after only 7 months. Sharron has experience of both temporary and permanent markets and has also gained her individual REC membership giving her valuable knowledge into the recruitment industries processes and policies.

Outside of work Sharron enjoys spending time with friends and is a keen horse rider and is currently busy redecorating her new home with new husband Darren
